Valuing your information privacy is paramount to us, and hence we clear mark the privacy policy for you as well as the brands that we associate with. Please go through the company’s privacy policy to understand and follow them as per your desecration. These are the practices we follow.

"IDOAG" is a trademarked brand for Belobog Solutions, and represents a network of partners that are interested in providing relevant offers and services to its members. To ensure that the offers and services are relevant we may solicit information from members from time to time. This is solely for the purpose of making the program more meaningful. We are committed to protect the privacy of our members and their transactions.

  1. Personally Identifiable Information (PII):
    PII refers to any information that can  be used to  identify you as an  individual. Registration  in IDOAG is contingent upon your agreeing to the terms of service and providing basic registration information, including: first and last name, date of  birth,  gender,  pin code, contact number,  mailing address, email id, , country and other basic lifestyle information. Members will need to provide IDOAG with these basic personal identification information, wherever required, to avail all benefits associated with the program.

    IDOAG may use the mobile phone number (Can be updated in your account) as an identifier, if required, to manage your IDOAG registration and to fulfill the rights and obligation of IDOAG as per the Terms and Conditions of IDOAG Program.
  2. Profile Updating
    In addition, we may also collect other information from the members from time to time  related to their preferences,  subscriptions to particular feed,  news, offers and  various events run by IDOAG program. It will be solely at the discretion of the user.
  3. Transaction history
    IDOAG will collect information on various transactions done at our brand partners. The transactions could include the ones done on our brand partner’s website or at the brick & mortar stores,  promotional campaigns,  newsletter,  events & surveys or through any other communication channel.
  4. Why we collect information
    We collect and use the information to ensure that you get relevant offers from our partner brands. This is done to ensure the best possible service/offers to the user.

    This information is collected for:
    1. Better service to the members and preparing statements as applicable.
    2. Giving out relevant offers to the members and as desired by them, ensuring that no spam mails or messages go through.
    3. Keeping track of member’s activity that will help resolve disputes,  processing your IDOAG reward orders, dealing with requests, enquiries or complaints and other customer care related activities and for all other general administrative and business purposes, marketing our and our partner’s products and services, carrying out any activity in connection with a legal,  governmental or regulatory requirement or in connection with legal proceedings, crime or fraud prevention, detection or prosecution.

    Registration Information -- To process your application for IDAOG Student Discount Card, or to register your Student Discount Card online, we require users to give us contact information (like their name, Phone number and e-mail address), demographic information (like their state, zip code, birth date, gender, university and enrolment status). We may share a piece of your information with third parties who issue or manufacture the IDOAG cards as needed. We also use your details to send you information about our company and promotional material on behalf of our partners, and to contact you when necessary. Participation in some of these channels is optional but you may be required to provide your personal identification information in order to participate. We are not liable to verify the authenticity or accuracy of any information we collect from you or your Institute for which we may ask the members to update their contact information with the program on our authorized website, contact center or any other approved channels. This is done in order to keep you abreast with program changes and enhancements. We shall not be liable for any failure to notify you of program changes if you fail to update such information in a timely manner. IDOAG does not solicit or ask for any confidential information like website passwords and any such communication appearing to come from IDOAG should not be replied back with any confidential information.
  6. How you can withdraw your Information
    By registering for the IDOAG program, you hereby expressly agree to share PII for the above purposes. In an event wherein you wish not to share your personally identifiable information for the above mentioned purposes, we will not be providing you dedicated services that are offered by us and our partner brands. In the event in which you wish to withdraw the consent for use of your personally identifiable information please contact us at In such an event, your enrolment will be withdrawn and you will not be able to access any products or services offered under IDOAG program.
  7. Opt-out of promotion e-mailer/message
    You are automatically signed up for free e-mail updates and/or mobile phone messages when you apply for IDOAG Student Discount Card. You will also have the option to opt out of receiving the updates. The e-mail opt-out messaging will appear at the bottom of every e-mail that is sent out to you. Mobile phone opt-outs requests should be sent to Card Services via e-mail. You can also opt-out of both email and mobile phone communications by changing your account preferences online. Please note that opting not to receive email/messages does not exempt you from receiving administrative emails that include but are not limited to, notices about vital program and membership status changes or alterations to our terms of service or any other service requests, redemption orders placed with us.
  8. How and with whom we share your information
    All the information that we collect above is not shared with any company other than our group companies to market their products. This is also done in order to provide our members with the best possible service, products and offers. These companies shall also be under non-disclosure agreements with IDOAG and will undertake to strictly maintain the confidentiality of the information shared and will not share the PII any further.

    The data may be shared with our Sponsors and advertisers in aggregate form but in no case we will allow you to be identified personally unless you make the choice to share your personal identification information directly with them. Hence the advertisers shall be made aware of the segments and trends in the database and can then route their customized messages through our channels. Occasionally, you may want to avail services or offers that, by the very terms, will require us to forward information to the advertiser or partner so that they can provide the service to you. In such instance you will be governed by the privacy policies of such advertiser or partner with whom you share information. Please ensure to the privacy policies of such advertiser or partner prior to disclosing any information.

    We may occasionally share our information with trusted third parties including data processors to organize, process, clean & analyze our data to help us better understand the trends and segments within our member base. We shall use this information solely with the purpose of enhancing the value of the program for the member base and to better tailor our offers to your specific interests. All such third parties shall be under non-disclosure agreements and strictly bound to maintain the confidentiality of the information shared and will not share the personal information any further or for purposes beyond our specific authorization.

    In case there are any offers that require mailing of vouchers or gift items or any other rewards to your mailing address, we shall have to share your personally identifiable information to the extent required, with the applicable vendor, for delivery of orders and gift certificates. As before, strict compliance with non-disclosure agreement will be sought. Such vendor will not share the PII any further or for purposes beyond our specific authorization.

    The website offers contain link to our third party partners’ website, which may direct the users to their respective website and in such case we are not liable to hold information as it is neither in our control nor is owned by us. If the user in such case logs in to their portal with their login credential through social media plugins or otherwise, they are responsible for their information at that website.

    We may also contact you via email for administrative purposes, such as program change notifications or if we update our privacy promise. While you can elect to stop receiving email for promotional offers (as described above), you cannot unsubscribe from these administrative messages while enrolled in the program. Our member care department may contact you in response to an inquiry you submit. Member care may also contact you with regard to a particular problem that may have occurred with your account or with an offer in which you may have participated. We may use this information to learn more about your participation in the program and make it more relevant to your interests.

    In some situations, however, we are required to or we may provide certain or all information we collect about you to third parties outside our group companies, as permitted by law, such as, with your consent:
    • To respond to judicial process, or
    • To consumer reporting agencies; or
    • In connection with a proposed or actual sale, merger, or transfer of all or portion of business; or
    • To protect against fraud, money laundering or other risks.
    Some of the data may have to be provided to third party services for the sole purpose of implementing marketing services on behalf of IDOAG and/or group companies and for providing customer support services like sending statements.
  9. How we store your data
    All information shall be stored on a server placed in our approved premises or on Cloud with appropriate security measures put in place. IDOAG reserves the rights to hold its members data indefinitely.
  10. Information access
    We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring the confidentiality of your information with us. We may contact you with useful information on products and services through our telemarketing / tele calling activities, which may be beneficial for you. However, if you do not wish to be contacted through our telemarketing calls or messages, we request you to kindly register at our contact centre and give details of the telephone on which you do not wish to be contacted. However, IDOAG reserves the right to contact you through tele calling for services related to your IDOAG account. Further, IDOAG is committed to follow the laws laid out with regards to tele calling and telemarketing and, does follow the guidelines set by any regulatory authority like TRAI in cases of DND policy or any such similar rule which may be in force.

    Once you have registered for any such DND policy, your telephone number(s) will be removed from all our telemarketing calling lists within 30 working days and we will ensure that you do not get any further telemarketing calls on the telephone number(s) that you have registered
  11. Automatically Collected Information 
    When you log on to the IDOAG website or use the IDOAG card at an IDOAG Partner, the server may automatically recognize you by your encrypted member id. This id acts as a unique identifier, which allows us to recognize you and authorize your transactions. It may also allow us to keep track of your activity on our site for crediting points to your account. If you so choose, this information may be added to your personal profile and used to target you with offers and advertisements that are most relevant to your interests.
  12. Security of the information
    In order to protect the information available with us, we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards. Specific employees only are authorized to access customer information on a need to know basis and that too only for business purposes only. Our employees are bound by a code of ethics that requires confidential treatment of customer information and are subject to disciplinary action if they fail to follow this code. Please note, however, that no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee the security of the information that you transmit via our online services.

    It is in your interest and it is our objective, for us to have accurate, current and complete information concerning you and your account. We have strict procedures that our employees abide by to meet this objective. While some procedures are required by central, state or RBI regulations, we have implemented additional procedures to maintain accurate, correct and complete financial information, including processes to update information and remove outdated information. If you believe that we have incorrect information about you or your accounts, please intimate us. We will correct any erroneous information as soon as possible.

    By using any web site/Application for mobile or other service in the Network of IDOAG, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal and non-personal information as described in the policy. You also authorize the export of personal information and its storage and use as specified above when you provide such information to us. By visiting our portal, you are agreeing to our privacy policy and agree to disclose information in accordance to the privacy policy of our website. In case you feel otherwise, please do not access our portal. This policy and our legal obligations are subject to the laws of Uttar Pradesh and India, regardless of the location of any user. Any claims or complaints must be filed in India in the state of Uttar Pradesh in Noida.
